There’s Jitterbugs In My Bed And I Don’t Care

This post has been extremely hard to write due to the insane shaking of my hands. Why do I have the shakes? I’m excited, nervous, scared and delirious all at the same time.

I sat down today, ready to write the chapter that would link the middle and last section of my novel together. Then I realised, it’s not needed. They’re linked together already. Quite perfectly, too.

Then I prepared myself to write out notes about the final chapters needed to link the start to the middle. I forgot what happened in the first three chapters, so I went back and checked. What I discovered was this: I don’t need much to link them together. In fact, it requires one chapter.

ONE CHAPTER!

I have one chapter to do. One chapter and I’m finished. 2,000-4,000 words and my first draft is completed.

WHAAAAAAAAAAT.

Now it’s a matter of writing it… Which I am now going to do… hopefully tonight will have a post that’s even more difficult to write!

Today’s Total Count: 67,643 words.

Today’s Goal: Finish.
